Workplace & Control Room
Multiple tasks are usually carried out at a workplace. It must be possible to the work safely, healthily and effectively whether it's a vehicle cabin, or a workplace in a control room. Intergo’s approach goes a lot further than just the requirements of the Working Conditions Act (Arbo): our goal is the performance that must be delivered.
End Users as Starting point
We use various methods for the workplace design, like: task analysis, workshops, mock-ups, 3D-simulations, eye-tracking and VR glasses. The input from end users is essential, however we are uniquely able to relate their requirements and wishes to new systems and methods that contribute to the goals of the organisation.
Areas of Application
In concrete terms it concerns aspects like sizing, location, quantity of information, controls, lines of sight and communication. Areas of application are, for example, consoles in control rooms, CCTV rooms, workplaces for production and maintenance, vehicle cabins, ship's bridges and operating theatres. Below examples of a number of projects.
