INTERGO: The human touch in organisational & technical design

Our approach takes the human perspective as key: his needs, characteristics, capacities and limitations. Of course your business is the starting point, but we are convinced that a well-designed system or product and motivated employees or end-users can make the difference. The Human Touch is present in who we are, what we do and what we stand for. Both for our customers and our employees.

Our Values

Respect for humans - as employees and consumers - is a core value. Our way of thinking means that we also contribute to aspects of sustainability: economically, socially and in relation to the environment. It is not a coincidence that ISO standard 26800 on ergonomics is contained in the series dealing with the social responsibility of organisations. Other values that we cherish are our independence, integrity and involvement.

Our Professional Expertise

We invest a lot in our professional expertise. This is apparent from the European registration of our ergonomists: the proof that they satisfy international requirements with regards to their  expertise and experience. It also means that we work in accordance with the Code of Conduct of European Registered Ergonomists and that there is independent arbitration in the case of complaints or conflicts arising from the work of a registered ergonomist. This provides you with the assurance that we provide independent, reliable and high quality advice. More information: Centre for Registration of European Ergonomists.

Employees are also members of and/or active in various trade/professional associations, like:

Our Clients

We strive to maintain long term relationships with our clients, and we also invest in our client relationships. We honestly immerse ourselves in your goals, and in the environment in which you operate. We know what is going on in the markets in which we explicitly focus. Our clients are often large (inter)national companies, larger Small and Medium Sized Enterprises and government departments.

Under Markets you can find the specific services we provide, as well as examples of projects and clients in those markets.

Our Network

We have an extensive network at our disposal, enabling us to provide broad support for your innovation process, research questions or training needs. This could be aspects like simulators, finances, technical automation, personnel policy and big-data. We also regularly participate in (inter)national consortia for bigger projects with a large impact.
