Marit Wilms MSc EurErg
Human factors consultant
What moves Marit
Marit studied human movement sciences and is specialized in ergonomics. This study gave her insight in the physical aspects of working situations. Because she is also very interested in the mental aspects of work, she is studying psychology. This study is focused on subjects such as mental workload, and the way employees can participate in projects, but also on safety at the workplace and human error. Both aspects (physical and mental workload) are important to consider when looking at a problem in the work environment. Marit aims at approaching a problem from multiple disciplines and then to formulate practical solutions.
