What moves Richard

Richard loves sports. That proves to be e.g. from his study choice: human movement sciences. During this study, beside his interest in the human body, he developed an interest in the philosophical, historical, social and psychological area related to work and sports. This is why he studied (cognitive) psychological courses during and after his Master in Exercise physiology. In his current profession of Human Factors all these fields are present: it concerns optimal physical, but also mental performance of people in complex systems. It concerns working in teams, it concerns pleasure! And above all: making the world a better place.
