"Human Factors Consultant"
INTERGO is looking for 2 new colleagues. Our successful deployment in new markets creates a space for two consultants, one focussed on human factors / human centred design, the other on risk management / risk analysis / incident analysis / safety culture / non-compliant behaviour. We are looking for experienced consultants who are both analytical and creative and have a sense of consultancy in a complex context.
Although we are more and more active in international projects, our base is in The Netherlands, and mastering Dutch will be essential for both positions. We thus encourage you to find out more about the vacancies on our Dutch website.

Intergo has defined 3 research themes where we want to make an active contribution to knowledge development. The first theme that starts is 'Neurosafety'. We want to investigate how we can 'steer' effective / safe behaviour through the application of psychological principles in the design of the working environment. This concerns both the physical working environment and group dynamics. Within this theme we are initially looking for an intern who wants to make an overview of the state of the art in this area, and provide direction to further research. A pre-condition is that your institute is recognised for this research subject and can and will provide active support. An internship should also result in a publication. Are you interested?
